"The calla lilies are in bloom again..."
I don't think I will ever be able to see them
and not think of Katherine Hepburn.
Perhaps because they are so much like her
-- slim and graceful.
They are very popular in Manhattan because their elegant
curves
look so beautiful
next to the ornate buildings in the neighborhood.
It's a good excuse to go outside
and take a walk.
