Florence 2

We began watching Medici: Masters of Florence on Netflix the other night, 

so of course my thoughts turned toward Florence. 

They are even using Brunelleschi's Dome

  as a plot point in the series. 

Awesome. 

It is a uniquely beautiful building. 

But then again, Florence is a beautiful city complete with picturesque bridges

and classic Renaissance architecture. 

Inside it is equally impressive with notable works by Donatello, Michelangelo, Botticelli and many more. 

Clearly we need to visit again.
