When I saw a photo from the Seward Johnson exhibit in the
Garment District, I immediately put it on my things to do list.
And
the next nice day I headed down to check them out.
They are on Broadway between 36th and 41st Streets, so it's
a manageable distance.
And, the sculptures are so life-like you can really have
fun with them.
Since
they are scattered among the chairs and tables, you can get some pretty funny
photos of people going about their business and ignoring them.
But of course the best shots are the ones where people
decide to interact.
I have to admit that I started to goad them on a bit to get
better shots,
but it certainly did pay off with this one!
They'll be on display until September 15th,
so you have plenty of time to go visit.
