It isn't looking like a good winter for snow fans.
So I guess it's just as well that I gave up skiing years
ago.
But I do still root for at least one good photogenic
snowfall per season.
That means there has to be at least a foot of snow.
So far I've been out of luck.
Since I am sort of missing it, I thought I'd dig out some
photos from the archives.
Here are some more shots of the Upper East Side from
January 2011,
our snowiest January ever.
It's definitely going to be hard to beat this one for sheer
beauty.
But February is usually our snowiest month, so you never
know.
