One of the joys of spring on the Upper East Side are the
tulips.
Buildings, brownstones, and tree pits,
all overflow with an incredible variety of blossoms
since tulips come in so many different shapes and colors.
so it’s always fun to compare the results and designate a
favorite.
This year, the winner was my building.
Kaz, our resident gardener thoughtfully planted a mix of
cheerful flowers in the tree pits.
They made me smile every time I saw them.
They’ll be awfully hard to top next year.
