On April 9th, the annual Tartan Day Parade was held.
So this seems like a good time to post another set of
photos of MEN IN SKIRTS.
I have to admit that I love these outfits. They're so pretty!
This one was my favorite so I went over and told the wearer
as much.
I had to.
I was taking so many photos of him I was afraid that he
would think I was a stalker.
He was thrilled of course.
Why bother to get dressed up unless you want to be noticed?
So let this be his 15 minutes of fame.
He earned it, as they all did.
