Even
though we haven't had much of a winter in NYC,
it has
still gone down below freezing on several days.
So we
decided a trip to some place warm was in order.
We
have relatives in San Diego, and I haven't visited in decades,
so it
seemed like an ideal time to go.
Since
one thing we don't get to see in Manhattan is the sun setting over the Pacific
Ocean,
we
decided to get a room with a view in Mission Bay.
And,
as I had hoped I did get some pretty sunset shots for future use in
artwork.
Also
some boat and marina pics.
But
what really blew me away was this shot of the full snow moon setting at
dawn. Such a pretty purple sky.
Here
are the blogs from the San Diego Zoo...
Cheers!
