Red Roses

 

Since Valentine's Day fell on Sunday this year 

 

 

I thought it was the perfect time to post some pics of red roses.  

 

They're a bit tricky to photograph.  

 

 

And tend to turn into big red blobs when I shoot them.  

 

 

My Canon camera couldn't capture them at all.  

 

 

The Nikon was a bit better.  

 

 

I have a Panasonic now.  

 

 

I'll have to go on a red rose hunt this summer to see if it can do any better.  

 

 

But in the meantime here are my favorites so far.
