Time for another fix of flowers from the U.S. Botanic Garden in Washington, D.C.
I'm still avoiding indoor spaces so even though the NYC gardens have reopened my trips are limited to Central Park.
I have a feeling that they lost the services of some of their volunteers this summer
as the lilies in Bethesda Fountain weren't blooming
and some of the reeds around the pond seemed to be quite over grown.
No sign of the Peking Duck from last year. :-(
I hope someone took care of him over the winter.
Meanwhile though it's a good opportunity to appreciate again
the beauty of the collection at the U.S. Botanic Garden.
They are well worth a visit AC (After Covid).
