I wasn't sure if folks on the Upper East Side would be up for Halloween decorations this year.
2020 has been a rough one. And trick or treating was pretty much out of the question.
Parties too.
And then there was the fact that 1/3 of the hood left for parts unknown to wait out the pandemic.
But you should never underestimate a New Yorker.
And in true form they rose to the occasion.
With more over the top decorations than a photographer could dream of.
I did consider checking these people out yesterday for Halloween.
What kind of treats do you suppose they gave out?
But at the end of the day, nothing says UES like a skeleton in a mask walking two dogs. Yes, we're back!
