I'm a big fan of Amsterdam.
It's one of those cities that just doesn't have a bad angle.
I like it so much that I would even consider living there. But just in the summer when they get 17 hours of daylight per day.
In the winter when it flips and they get 17 hours of dark per day it must be a real drag.
This is the church that Anne Frank could see out the window. When you visit her house you can hear it ring on the hour.
And here's a pic from the Portuguese Synagogue.
Mostly we just walked around and enjoyed the view.
And the sunsets.
When our niece Samantha mentioned that she was going to visit the tulips this year we asked her to bring us back a coaster from the Bulldog. Ours is looking a little worse for the wear at this point.
She complied, so now we need to have her over for a visit to hear all about her trip.
I can't wait. I'm really getting into this arm chair travel stuff.
Here are some previous blogs from Amsterdam.
