Greek & Roman Art @ The Met

 

Now that Omicron has calmed down a bit Edward and I decided it was time to head over to The Met.  


I've really been missing my museums.  In the cold winter months they are my primary playgrounds.


Since Covid started The Met has shown a new appreciation for its members.  


My favorite perk is that we do not need reservations.  


That means we can make up our minds to go visit  in the morning and head over in the afternoon.  Perfect. 


There's also a special members entrance.  


When you enter through it and go upstairs you end up in the middle of the Greek and Roman art galleries.  


So of course we had to take a look.  Especially since the sun was streaming in through the skylights.


Edward made up for lost time by taking lots of pictures.  And I took lots of pictures of him.  Here he is with Caligula.  ;-)


We had such a nice time we are already planning our next visit.
